Half-Day Pelagic, Capt. John’s, Plymouth, MA<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

The BBC has chartered a private pelagic trip from Plymouth out to deep waters off Stellwagen Bank and beyond. This trip is co-sponsored with the South Shore Bird Club and the Cape Cod Bird Club<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Although we are uncertain what bird populations are in the area, we will have experienced spotters on board to help us find and ID offshore birds.\u00a0 While we are primarily focused on bird species there will also be a naturalist on board to help ID any sea mammals we might find.<\/p>\n

We will be sailing on a whale watching ship with an indoor cabin with a snack and beverage bar, and you are welcome to bring your own food. The ship also has rest room facilities.\u00a0 It is often much colder<\/strong> out on the water, so be prepared for cool temperatures, wind, possibly sea spray, and rain, although we are hoping for good weather!<\/p>\n

The trip will sail unless weather conditions force the Captain to cancel, in which case we will offer a full refund.\u00a0 As this is a private charter, we will only be able to honor other cancellations if we can fill your reservation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are several parking lots near the dock, mostly for pay, and also many nearby restaurants.<\/p>\n

More information will be sent out prior to the trip. We collect your email during registration and we will contact you by email. Please pass along all information to the rest of the people in your party..<\/p>\n

Check in <\/strong>at dock between 7:15 am and 7:45 am (and allow time to find and pay for all-day parking up to about 20 minutes walking distance form the town pier).<\/p>\n
